A Review of Brian Mallard's "Black Sky" Album
Category: Music
I've been listening to Brian Mallard's "Black Sky" Album. I'm very impressed with his latest endeavor. I met Brian years ago when he was barely able to put 2 chords together. I tell ya, he has come a long way since way back when.
In "Black Sky", he has captured the essence of song. Especially in "Til The Morning Comes". The dynamics of this song are impressive. He told me that Robbie contributed the backward guitar sound effect on this song, and I believe this effect really establishes the mood of the song.
The other song that really impressed me is "Summer Night Song". Whoever came up with the guitar riff on this song should be awarded. The riff, again, establishes a driving sound that lays the excitement for the entire song.
Of course, Brian has earned the title of one of the area's best producers and engineers, his recordings have a great sound.
Good work Brian Mallard and Renegade!!!
Keep on growing in your Song and Sound Brian!
